Bulk order questions
What is the minimum order for bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing starts at 10 pieces per style. Runs of 200 or more get the best per-piece rate, and mixed orders across scrubs, lab coats and essentials can be quoted together.
How long does a bulk order take?
Standard bulk orders ship in 7–14 business days. Embroidered programmes add 5–7 business days after artwork approval, and we confirm the exact date in the quote.
Can you embroider our hospital or company logo?
Yes. Send a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG. We digitise it, share a preview for approval, and stitch it on the garment you choose.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?
We deliver across Nepal. For institutional orders abroad, share the destination and quantity and we will quote freight separately.
